Painting 2 - What I've Been Working on From Jan 2011 to Today (March 4, 2011)
Along with taking Painting 3, I'm re-taking Painting 2 with Troy Brauntuch. We are aloud to repeat courses as long as it's with a different teacher. Unlike Painting 3, we were aloud to start out with what we want to paint. I went through a "I don't know what I want to paint" stage, but now I think I'm going along with messing around with fairy tales and "Disney" princesses and such. It's entertaining to think up ways to screw around with the stories. Paintins are in order from most recent to oldest.

Painting 3 - What I've Been Working on From Jan 2011 to Today (March 4, 2011)
These are the paintings I'm working on/have done for my Painting 3 class with Richard Jordan from most recent to oldest. We had a month of still lifes and I was aloud to turn the still lifes into cartoons near the end, but I got really tired of still lifes and decided to do portraits. I figured doing a portrait of my friend Bianca would be a good way to get out of my still life rut. And I knew we had to do self portraits, but I didn't want to so I just turned myself into a zombie.

Sketchbook Project 2011

Here's what I got in my sketchbook so far. My theme is Jackets, Blankets, and Sheets.

I wanted to color this in prisma colored pencils, but this is the page before the buttons so I have to figure out how to color it.
